"User" ("You," "Your") refers to any individual, school, or institution using AcadeEasy's services.
"Platform" refers to the AcadeEasy website and services, including school management features.

By using AcadeEasy, you agree to:

• Use the platform lawfully, without engaging in fraudulent activities.

AcadeEasy aims for 99.9% uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for:

• Temporary unavailability due to maintenance.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, logos, and software associated with AcadeEasy are owned by Acadeeasy. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or modification is strictly prohibited.

7. Payments & Refunds

Schools and institutions using paid services must complete payments as per our pricing policy.

8. Termination of Services

AcadeEasy reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms.
• There is misuse of the platform.
• We receive legal or regulatory requests to remove access.

Users can request account deletion by contacting our support team.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Users are advised to check this page regularly. Continued use of AcadeEasy means acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Uttar Pradesh.
